- Firstly wash all chopped vegetables and cook in the cooker for three whistles. Then let them cool off a little bit. Then mash all vegetables n keep aside.
- Take one mixer grinder jar add tomatoes onions,ginger,chilli,garlic and some water if needed and make a fine puree of it.
- Heat the pan, add oil when oil is nice and hot add our puree and saute well for 2-3 minutes.now add all masalas n mix well
- When pan leaves oil from sides at that time add mashed vegetables and give a nice stir n cook for around 5-7 minutes. When bhaji is ready add lime juice and mix well.
- Heat the tava add one teaspoon of buuter and roast paav both sides
- Now our yummy paavbhaji is ready to serve with some coriander leaves and onion ring.
