- Mix ingredients for chutney in a chutney jar. Add a little water to grind. Make chutney. Boil potatoes, peel and cut roughly mashing and breaking them a bit. Cut capsicum into small dices.
- Take oil in a pan. Splatter mustard seeds when it's hot. Add asafoetida followed by sesame seeds, green chillies, capsicum, and curry leaves, turmeric PW and salt. Fry a bit. Then add potatoes. Mix everything well.
