  1. You need 200 gm Spinach (Palak)
  2. Get 100 gm Radish Greens (Mooli Bhaji)
  3. You need 3-4 tsp mustard oil
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. You need 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  6. You need 4-5 Garlic pods
  7. You need 3 green chillies
  8. Take 1/2 inche ginger piece
  9. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  10. You need To taste Salt

  1. Clean all greens, wash and chopped them.
  2. Now take water in pan add salt. Once the water get boil add chopped greens for 5 min. After 5min strain all water and drop cold water on greens. This way the greens will get blanch. Keep a side.
  3. Now collect all the ingredients. Clean the garlic pods, cut the green chillies and ginger. Make coarse paste.
  4. Now take pan/ kadhai add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida and coarse grind green chillies, garlic, ginger paste.
  5. Saute it for 2 min. Add turmeric powder and blanch greens.
  6. Saute it for 5 min. Close the lid for 2 min. Mix it and crush the greens with spatula so that all ingredients will come together.
  7. Saute it till oil get released. Lastly add salt. Mix it and serve hot.
  8. Serve with makki di roti, rice or normal roti, naan, and enjoy
