The ingredients needed to cook Methi puri:
- Get 1 cup wheat flour
- Provide 1 tsp rava / Suji
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Prepare as required Water for kneading
- Prepare 1/4 tsp ajwain seeds
- Provide as required Oil for frying
- You need 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves (optional)
- You need 1 big handful fresh finely chopped fenugreek leaves

Instructions to make Methi puri:
- Take a large bowl put wheat flour, rava, salt, ajwain seeds mix it well.
- Add fenugreek leaves and lil oil combine well. Add water and Knead a tight dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
- After few mins Knead the dough again and make small small equal sized ball.
- Take a each ball one by one and roll the puri..the puri should be slightly thick to normal puri.
- Meanwhile while pour the sufficient amount of oil in kadhai and heat it (on high flame) check the temperature and fry all puris one by one on both sides till golden brown.
