- Keep little oil aside to roll puri,knead the dough once again before rolling it,make equal and small size of dough roll
- Now roll it,do not roll it very thin
- Now puri is ready to fry.Turn on flame and heat a pan,add oil,Let the oil heat properly at high flame
- Put one or two puri at a time in oil and press it gently,keep flipping in between,once it turn golden brown,take it out from the pan
