- Dry roast peanuts in a wok. Remove in a plate and allow it to cool. Now remove the skin of peanuts and grind coarsely.
- Wash poha in running water and soak in enough water for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes drain excess water and keep aside.
- Boil peas in a pan and when cool then drain the water and Grind it coarsely. Grind bread slices to a fine powder.
- Peel wash and Chop onion green chilli and coriander leaves. Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add onion and saute till onion gets translucent. Add coarsely grinded boiled peas and saute for 2 minutes. Now mix all the dry masale.
- Add desiccated coconut powder, grinded peanuts and coriander leaves and sauté for 1 minute. Now remove this stuffing in a plate and when cool make small balls of this mixture.
- Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Add grinded bread and salt and make a dough.
- Now take a portion of potato dough and make a ball of this dough. Press this ball on your palms and flatten it. Place the stuffing ball on it and cover it with the edges and make it round.
- Like wise make all the balls. Now heat cooking oil in a wok and place ball in it and deep fry on all sides till golden brown.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
