The ingredients needed to prepare Star Pizza:
- Prepare For pizza Dough-
- You need 1/2 cup warm water
- Use 1 tsp sugar
- Get 1 tsp dry yeast
- Take 2 cups maida / plain flour

- Take 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- Provide 1/2 cup capsicum, roughly chopped

- Take 1/2 cup corn
- Take 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- Use 1/2 tsp oregano / italian seasonings
- Prepare 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Instructions to make Star Pizza:
- Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm water, sugar and dry yeast and give a quick mix.allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
- Now add maida, salt and butter.
- Knead the dough adding water as required.
- Tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.
- Cover rest and rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- After 1 hr when your dough gets ready. Roll it in a big sized just like a thick roti.
- Place a bowl upside down on top of the roti. add the side of the filling by side, don’t put fillings at the edges.Now remove the bowl with the help of a knife.
- Put some mozzarella cheese above the fillings,& put some olives on it.
- Now from center-cut it into 8 equals halves & spread some water over it.
- Lift one part from the center and place it on the border. Similarly, do it for all 8 halves.
- On a baking plate put some butter, then transfer the star pizza into the baking plate.
- Bake at 180°c for about 15 - 20 minutes.
- Here, your Star Pizza is ready,serve hot.
