- Prepare 1/2 kg Pomfret fish
- Provide For fish masala
- Prepare 1 tbsp oil
- You need 1 tbsp chilli ginger garlic paste
- Take 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- Get 1 tbsp coriander powdee
- Provide 1 tsp turmeric powder
- You need as needed Salt
- Use 1 tbsp lemon juice
- You need as required Oil for shallow fry
- Use 1 Sliced onion for Salad
- You need 1 Sliced cucumber
- Get 1 Sliced carrot for salad
- Provide 1 sliced lemon
Instructions to make Fish Fry:
- Wash and clean fish and keep aside. Take a bowl add oil add garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste oil lemon juice and make a thick paste. You can even add any ready made chilli chicken 65 masala or any ready made powder to it
- Now take fish in a plate and apply masala on both sides and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Now take a non-stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil heat it. On medium flame place fish and Cook both sides till it get golden brown in colour. And cook both sides
