Transfer the mixture into the blender and blend it until you get a smooth pulp, add little water if the pulp is very thick.Strain the mixture using a sieve. Then add salt, red chilli and cumin. Cook it on ur desire consistency. Tarmaind chutney is ready
- For green chuteny: Clean and wash mint and coriander leaves.Remove the stems of the chillies and peel the ginger.Place everything in a blender along with some salt and ice water.Blend until you have smooth chutney
- For red chutney: Peel the garlic cloves, add in the blender along with chilli powder and water.Blend it until you have smooth chutney. Serve
- For papdri: take a bowl combine flour, oil, ajwain and salt.Knead the stiff dough using water.Leave the dough covered with the clean kitchen towel for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into two equal portions and make balls.Roll out the one ball using a rolling pin (keep little thicker than normal paratha)Cut into the 1 1/2 inch diameter circles using a cookie cutter.Prick it with the fork or knife.Heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry
