  3. Prepare 2 cups boiled vegetables(Broccoli, Green Peas, Beans, Capsicum)
  4. Get 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  5. Use 1 Onion, finely chopped
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp Butter + additional for serving and toasting buns

  10. You need 1 Boiled potato

  1. Grind Spinach and Fenugreek leaves to smooth paste
  2. Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add onions and green chilli. Saute for 4-5 minutes
  4. Add pureed tomatoes, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add ground green paste and mix well
  6. Add boiled veggies, 1/2 cup water and mix well. Mash them slightly
  7. Add pav bhaji masala, salt and 2 tablespoons butter. Mix well
  8. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally
  9. Slice buns without cutting it completely, toast them with butter on hot tawa. Serve hot green pav bhaji with onions and lemon wedges
