The ingredients needed to prepare Aloo Puri:
- Provide 2 big boiled potatoes
- Prepare 2 cups wheat flour
- Prepare 1-2 spoon suji/rava
- Take 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Prepare 2-3 pinch turmeric powder
- Take 2-3 pinch ajwain seeds
- Provide 2-3 pinch red chilli powder
- You need 2 tap oil to mix in puri dough
- Use As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Aloo Puri:
- First wash and boil potatoes, cool down and mash it nicely.
- Add wheat flour, suji, ajwain, salt, red chili powder, crushed kasuri methi, 2tsp oil & turmeric. Mix all these nicely and make smooth dough. (If required add 2-3 drops of water)
- In big pan heat oil for frying.
- Make small ball from dough, roll it same as puri. Once oil is hot then fry these puris one by one.
