The ingredients needed to prepare Pav Bhaji:
- You need 2 Boiled Potato
- You need 1/2 Bowl Green Peas
- Use 1/2 Bowl Cauliflower
- Use 2 Chopped Onion
- Take 3-4 Chopped Tomato
- Prepare 1 Chopped Capsicum
- Use 1 Chopped Brinjal
- You need 2 Green Chillies
- Get 1 Inch Grated Ginger
- Take 2-3 Garlic cloves
- Get 1/2 Bowl Chopped Green Coriander Leaves
- You need to taste Salt
- Use 1/4 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
- Get 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- Take 1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
- Take 1/2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
- Provide 3-4 tbsp Butter
- You need as needed Water
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- Take a pressure cooker add cauliflower, brinjai, peas and 1/2 Bowl water till into 1 whistle. Take a kadhai add butter, onion and saute for 1 minute. Add ginger, garlic saute for 1 minute. Then add capsicum and saute for 1 minute. Then add tomato, peas, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and mix it well saute for 4-5 minutes.
- Add all vegetables, one bowl water and cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once check its consistency if water is dried. Now add garam masala, pav bhaji masala and mix it well. Then add chopped coriander leaves, butter and lemon juice and cover it. Switch off the flame. Keep aside.
- Cut pav in the middle of half piece. Heat butter on tawa. Fry the pav from both sides.
- Serve Pav Bhaji hot with onion, green chilli and lemon. Garnish bhaji with coriander leaves and butter. Ready to serve…….
