  1. You need 2 Boiled Potato
  2. You need 1/2 Bowl Green Peas
  3. Use 1/2 Bowl Cauliflower
  4. Use 2 Chopped Onion

  6. Prepare 1 Chopped Capsicum
  7. Use 1 Chopped Brinjal
  8. You need 2 Green Chillies
  9. Get 1 Inch Grated Ginger
  10. Take 2-3 Garlic cloves
  11. Get 1/2 Bowl Chopped Green Coriander Leaves
  12. You need to taste Salt
  13. Use 1/4 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  14. Prepare 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  15. Get 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  16. Take 1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
  17. Take 1/2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
  18. Provide 3-4 tbsp Butter
  19. You need as needed Water
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add cauliflower, brinjai, peas and 1/2 Bowl water till into 1 whistle. Take a kadhai add butter, onion and saute for 1 minute. Add ginger, garlic saute for 1 minute. Then add capsicum and saute for 1 minute. Then add tomato, peas, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and mix it well saute for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add all vegetables, one bowl water and cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Once check its consistency if water is dried. Now add garam masala, pav bhaji masala and mix it well. Then add chopped coriander leaves, butter and lemon juice and cover it. Switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  3. Cut pav in the middle of half piece. Heat butter on tawa. Fry the pav from both sides.
  4. Serve Pav Bhaji hot with onion, green chilli and lemon. Garnish bhaji with coriander leaves and butter. Ready to serve…….
