- Get 1 ltr Water
- Take 1/4 tsp Carom seeds
- Take 1 cup Semolina/Suji

- Take 2 Boiled mashed potatoes
- Use 1 tsp Garam masala

- You need 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
- Get 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

- Prepare For Tadka–
- Get 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- Use 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Steps to make Suji Balls:
- Heat water in a heavy skillet, add carom seeds, salt, oil and mix it well
- Add suji and mix it well and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder garam masala powder and mix well.
- Now, add boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well and cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add chat masala and coriander leaves,mix it well and switch off the flame.
- Take the semolina dough, mix it well and make balls with the help of your hand.
- Add some potatoes mixture in it and seal it properly.
- Make all balls in the same way.
- Boil water in a big utensil, cover and steam the balls on it.
- After 15 minutes take out balls from steamer.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, coriander leaves, garam masala and chilli powder and stir for 2 minutes.
- Now add the steamed suji balls in it, mix it well and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove from flame and serve hot with tomato sauce.
