- Prepare 1 kg fish fillets
- Take 1 tablespoon cornflour
- Get Pinch Red food colour
- Provide 1 Lemon juice
- Use 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

- Take 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

- First, wash and chop the fish fillets of 2-inch pieces.
- Now simply mix all spices together mentioned above and make paste including corn flour, 1/2 lemon juice.
- Then marinate in the chopped fillets nicely and keep for around 30 minutes.
- Heat up the oil in big Kadai keeping on medium flame start adding one after the other making sure not to overlap and don’t stir or flip immediately give 4-5 minutes then flip to another side when it turns nice crispy remove it.
