  5. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions to make Baked Methi Puri:
  1. Oil free Namkeen/Savoury which is liked by everyone and specially methi lovers, who skip oil. - In a bowl take atta add all ingredients one by one. - Mix all ingredients well, make tight dough with little bit water. - Let it rest for 10 to 15 mins. - Make balls of it and roll it.
  2. Cut it with a cookie cutter or give your desired shape. - Bake on a preheated convection mode on 180° c up to 10 to 12 mins. Till little brown or change the colour. - After 5 mins turn puris for both side colour and keep 5 min in microwave. - After it cools down take it out. You can store it in a container and can also store it for a week.
