The ingredients needed to make Vanilla Cookies:
- Take 1 cup maida / all-purpose flour
- Provide 3 tsp powdered sugar
- Provide 1/4 cup homemade ghee
- Use 1 tsp red colour
- Take 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions to make Vanilla Cookies:
- Mix ghee and sugar and beat it until it's colour change white. Now add vanilla essence. It's homemade ghee so it's colour is little yellow
- Now mix maida and mix it. I had not used milk so making it's dough with only ghee
- Make it's 2 part mix red colour in one make a dough flatten it and cut in heart shape with cookie cutter. Cover it with butter paper and put it in fridge for 20 mins
- Now after 20 mins take out of fridge and cover it with white dough after that cover it with butter paper and fridge it for 20 mins. After 20 mins take out it and cut it
