- Prepare 1/2 cup cabbage

- Get 1/2 cup capsicum

- Get 1 onion
- Take 1 tomato

- Take 1/2 tbs pau bhaji masala
- Use 1/2 coriander powder
- Get 1/4 tbs red chilli powder
- Get 1 tbs butter
- Provide Handful coriander leaves for granishing
- You need as required onion for granishing
- Use as required lemon for granishing

- Take as required Wheat flour
- Provide as required Salt
- Use As required Water
Steps to make Bhaji with plain paratha:
- Take a pressure cooker and cut cabbage, cauliflower, potato, bottle guard wash it and pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
- After 20 minutes take a masher and mash the vegetables well.
- Next take a pan and add butter and oil add cumin seed and asafoetida, turmeric powder and add mashed vegetable.
- After that add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and pau bhaji masala and mix it well.
- For gravy :
- Take another tawa or pan add garlic, ginger and green chilli paste after that add onion when it turns golden color after that add capsicum after sometime add tomato and lastly add cabbage and mix it well.
- And add slight masala like salt, pau bhaji masala, red chilli powder.
- And add that prepared mashed vegetables in gravy and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander.
- For bhakhari : Make a dough of wheat flour add salt and oil in it.
- Make a ball of dough and smoothly wrap it and make a circular shape of bhakhari.(if you want then Sprinkle oil and red chilli powder as shown in 2nd image)
