- Take pieces Fish cut into
- Take 1 tbsp Chilli powder

- Clean and wash the fish pieces

- Coat the paste over the fish and let sit for 30 min to 1 hour

- Note: adding too much vinegar will result in too much sourness. For 1 kg of fish do not exceed more than 3 spoons of vinegar
