  2. Take 2 Tbsp Jawar Flour
  3. Prepare 3 Tbsp Bajra Flour
  4. You need 1 Tbsp yogurt
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. You need Pinch Baking Soda
  8. Use as per taste Salt
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions to make Jowar-Methi Muthiya:
  1. In a bowl add Jowar flour, Bajra flour, baking soda, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and yogurt. Mix well
  2. Add water to make a soft dough.
  3. Roll it and make 1-2 balls. Grease Idli tray and pour the mix. Steam for 20 mins. Cool completely
  4. Break into 1” roundrels
  5. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seed and sesame seed. Fry the Balls until golden in colour. About 7-8 mins in low heat
  6. Plate and garnish with grated coconut and chopped coriander and enjoy
