- Provide 1 1/2 cups chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
- You need 1/2 cup whole wheat flore (gehun ka atta)
- Provide 1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flore)

- Provide 1/2 lemon juice
- Use 1/4 tsp turmeric powder(haldi)
