- Prepare 1 cup methi leaves(fenugreek leaves)

- Take a bowl and put besan, add fenugreek leaves, semolina, ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt mix it well.
- Take half of water and mix it.take water again if requried. Don't add full water at a time.
- Now make bhaji batter consistency. Keep aside for 5 or 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add baking soda into it mix it well. Immediately make bhajis from this batter.
- Heat oil in a pan at low to medium flame. Put bhajis into it and fry at low medium flame.
- Serves hot with fried green chillies or tomato sauce or chutney.
