- For the bhaji - cut the veggies (capsicum, cauliflower, potatoes, green peas). Chop the onions finely. Crush the garlic.
- Pressure cooker the veggies for 2-3 whistles. Heat a oil, butter in a kadai, add garlic cook till the raw smell vanishes. Add onions. Saute till golden brown. Add tomato puree. Cook it.
