- Get Moong Dal cooked
- Prepare tamarind extract
- Provide sea salt
- You need 2 green chillies
- Use curry leaves
- Prepare 4 tbsps sesame oil

- Use 1 asafoetida compounded pellet
- Get 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- Provide 3 chillies dry red

- Take a kadaai, keep it on medium heat. Add sesame oil and get the tempering ready.
- First add the compounded asafoetida, then crackle the mustard seeds along with fenugreek seeds and dry red chillies. Later add the chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
