Steps to make 4 in 1 Pizza:
- To prepare pizza base, mix yeast and sugar into warm water and leave it for 5 minutes. Now add this mixture to plain flour and salt mixture and make a soft dough. Add oil and knead until smooth. Cover and keep the dough for 2 hours or until double in size.
- To make pizza sauce, boil tomatoes in water for about 10 minutes. Now remove skin and blend them. Now heat olive oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves. - To make pesto pizza, in one section apply pesto sauce. Add crumbled ricotta cheese on top and put some olives.
- To make veggie delight pizza, put 2 to 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on that particular section and top it up with all the veggies.
- To make chilli garlic pizza, apply olive oil to that particular section and cover it with crushed garlic. Sprinkle chopped green chillies.
