The ingredients needed to make Fish Masala:
  1. Get 4 fried Rohu fish pieces
  2. Provide 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Use 2 medium tomato
  4. Prepare 5-6 Garlic cloves
  5. Provide 1 Green chilli
  6. Use 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  7. Provide 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  8. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Get 1/2 tsp meat masala
  11. Take To taste Salt
  12. Provide 2 tsp Oil
Steps to make Fish Masala:
  1. Take a pan add oil and heat it.
  2. On the other side make a smooth paste of tomato, one and half tsp Cumin seeds, green chilli, garlic cloves.
  3. When oil is heated and 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and chopped onion and fry it till color changes to lightt golden.
  4. Then add masala paste and saute it for 3 mins on low flame.
  5. After that add turmeric powder, chilli powder,meat masala,salt and fry it for 3 mins on medium flame.
  6. Add fried fish and mix it with masala.
  7. Add 1/4 th cup water mix it and saute it for 5 mins on low flame.
  8. Switch of the gas stove and it's ready.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with roti/Partha.
