- Prepare 6 puri's
- Prepare 1 block cheese (mozzarella/processed) whichever available

- Chop the onions, potatoes and capsicum very finely. Mix all the veggies and corn kernels. Add salt. Keep it aside.
- Now take the cheese, cut it in round shape and little smaller than the puri size.
- Place the puri on a plate, spread pizza sauce, place a thin slice of cheese, again little pizza sauce, then top it with the veggies. Grate the cheese. Finally garnish with sev, bake it in a pre heated oven at 200° till cheese melts. Serve immediately. Garnish with coriander leaves.
