- Take 300 gm Fish pieces
- You need 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Prepare 1 tsp garam masala

Instructions to make Masala Fish Fry:
- Wash the fish pieces and sprinkle some salt and 1 lemon juice and keep ot aside for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Now heat a pan and add oil for shallow frying these fish pieces
- Once fish is fried. In the same pan add 1 tsp oil and add ginger garlic paste, green chillies sauté it for a minute.
- Now add tomato puree, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
