The ingredients needed to prepare Tutti frutti cookies:
- You need 1 bowl cream (malai)
- Provide 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Provide 1 1/2 bowl wheat flour
- Prepare handful Tutti frutti (optional)
- Use 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- Prepare As needed Ghee for greasing tray
Instructions to make Tutti frutti cookies:
- Take cream and powdered sugar in a flat vessel.
- Mix them well and add baking soda.
- Add flour to it and keep kneading a dough.
- Make the rolls of half dough as shown below and refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
- Add tutti fruti to the other half dough and mix it well.
- Roll these dough also as shon below and refrigerate them.
- Preheat your oven for about 100 minutes and 180℃. Now cut slices from the roll and arrange them as shown in the below tray after greasing the tray. Bake them at 180℃ for about 10 minutes. Check them and these may take 5 minutes more at the same temperature.
