- Prepare FOR BHAJI:
- Take 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp butter
- Take 3 tomato chopped
- You need 1/4 cup peas / matar
- Get 1/2 capsicum, chopped
- Take 2 potato, boiled & mashed
- You need 1 cauliflower
- Get 1 cabbage
- Get 2 brinjal
- Use 1 tsp salt
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Provide 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Prepare 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Get 1 tsp coriander leaves,chop ped
- Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Get 1 onion, chopped
- You need ⏹1/2 lemon juice
- You need water to adjust consistency
- Use TO PAV:
- Provide 8 pav
- Get 4 tsp butter
- You need 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Take 4 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
- 🔷Firstly, in a cooker boil all vegetables.peas,capsicum,potato,brinjal,cabbage and cauliflower. 🔷take a blender and make tomato puree.🔷Next in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter and add vegetables. cook and mash well.and add tomato puree.
- 🔷now add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. saute 1 minute. 🔷create space in the centre.
- 🔷heat a tbsp of butter and add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi. - 🔷also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and ½ lemon juice. saute well.🔷further, add ½ cup of water or as required.🔷boil and mash for 5 minutes.
- 🔷next prepare the pav by heating ½ tsp butter and add a pinch of chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and 1 tsp coriander leaves. mix well.🔷roast both sides of pav.🔷serve pav and bhaji.
