The ingredients needed to prepare Pasta:
- Take 250 g Pasta(any design)
- Get 8 Garlic- clove(Crushed)
- Prepare -2 Green chillies chopped
- Provide 1 Onion-(chopped)
- Get 3 Bell Pepper (Green, yellow,Red)-Quantity (each1)
- Take 6 Mushroom -piece (diced)
- Provide 100gm Sweet corn-
- Get as per your taste Salt,chilli flakes & oregano-
- Take 4 Mayonnaise- big tpsb
- You need 6 Cheese spread(any)- big tpsb
- Take -1/2tbsp Kali mirch(crushed)
- Use 5 -tbsp Butter/oil
- Provide -1/2 litre Water as required for boiling
- Take 2 sachet Maggi masala
Instructions to make Pasta:
- Take pan add water and little bit salt boil it Then add your pasta cook it well
- Then take out and wash it with cold water and add some oil on pasta.
- Take another pan add Butter/oil then add garlic Saute well add chilli onion saute it till it comes to pink or colour change. Add maggi masala.
- Then add Salt (Remember you are using mayonnaise,butter, cheese so already have salt
- Then add Bell pepper saute well till it become soft
- Add mushroom, sweet corn
- Add kali mirch Mix it well
- Now add mayonnaise,cheese spread mix well now add chilli flakes and oregano
- Give it a nice stir for 2 min
- Now Add pasta toss well for 3 min
- Serve it in plate with oregano
- At last you can add any vegetable or boil chicken whatever your favourite.. you can chnge the ratio of mayonnaise cheese butter also
