- Prepare 1 gobhi
- Provide 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- You need 1/2 tsp salt
- Use 1 tbsp cornflour
- Provide oil for fry

- Use 2 tomatoes
- Take 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Take 4 garlic cloves
- Get 2 inch ginger
- Provide 1 chopped onion
- You need 4-5 black pepper
- Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Use 1 bay leaves
- Provide 1 tsp garam masala
- Take 1 tbsp dried kasuri methi

- Prepare 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

- Provide 3/4 water
Steps to make Fry Gobhi Masala:
- Separate florets from gobhi, add coriander, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, cornflour in florets. Mix well. Ready for fry.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry all the florets on high flame for 3 min.
- Grind tomatoes, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves in a mixer.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, black pepper, fry for a seconds, add onion, fry till golden brown. Turn the flame low.
- Add coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fry for one min., add tomato paste, fry and cover it for 5 min. on low flame.
- Add fried gobhi, salt to taste, garam masala and dried kasuri methi, mix well. Add water, cover and cook for 5 min. Garnish with coriander leaves. Fry gobhi masala is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
