- Prepare 1 tsp Panchphuran

- Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil,add panchphuran crackle it,add ginger paste,stir it 1 mints.Add add kastoori Methi & all dry masala mix it well.
- Add mashed chana daal,cook it nicely.Add chopped coriander leaves mix it well.Off the gas.Stuffing is ready.
- Again knead the dough.Take a bal lSize toll it as puri size,stuff the stuffing,cover it,&again roll it &deep fry it.
- Daal puri is ready.Serve with curd.
