  1. Provide 350 gram sev
  2. Use 3 onion
  3. Prepare 3 tomato
  4. You need 3 tsp peanut
  5. Get 5 tsp greated coconut
  6. You need 7-8 garlic

  8. You need 3 green chilly
  9. Get 1-1/2 tsp pav Bhaji masala

  14. Provide 1 lemon piece
  15. Prepare Handful coriander leaves
Instructions to make Sev Bhaji:
  1. Firstly in a pan add dry Coconut & continue roast on medium flame until they turn golden brown
  2. Remove the coconut in a plate.put 1 big spoon oil in a pan.rosate onions until they turn golden brown.
  3. Cool completely & transfer to the blender also add peanut, ginger, garlic, green chillies & tomato.blend to thick paste adding 1/4 cup water.
  4. Now heat 2tsp oil in Kadai &add the prepared masala paste.saut on low flame until the oil is released from masala paste add red chilly powder,Pav Bhaji masala, turmeric &salt mix it well.add water mix well adjusting consistency as required.
  5. Continue to boil for 3minutes or until the flavours are absorbed off the gas and put it in serving vessel.add coriander leaves. rasssa is ready.
  6. To serve in bowl pour a rassa& top with sev, coriander leaves.keep the lemon piece up of it.
