- Provide 350 gram sev
- Use 3 onion
- Prepare 3 tomato
- You need 3 tsp peanut
- Get 5 tsp greated coconut
- You need 7-8 garlic
- Prepare 1 small piece of ginger
- You need 3 green chilly
- Get 1-1/2 tsp pav Bhaji masala
- Provide 1 tsp red chilly powder

Instructions to make Sev Bhaji:
- Firstly in a pan add dry Coconut & continue roast on medium flame until they turn golden brown
- Remove the coconut in a plate.put 1 big spoon oil in a pan.rosate onions until they turn golden brown.
- Cool completely & transfer to the blender also add peanut, ginger, garlic, green chillies & tomato.blend to thick paste adding 1/4 cup water.
- Now heat 2tsp oil in Kadai &add the prepared masala paste.saut on low flame until the oil is released from masala paste add red chilly powder,Pav Bhaji masala, turmeric &salt mix it well.add water mix well adjusting consistency as required.
- Continue to boil for 3minutes or until the flavours are absorbed off the gas and put it in serving vessel.add coriander leaves. rasssa is ready.
- To serve in bowl pour a rassa& top with sev, coriander leaves.keep the lemon piece up of it.
