- Prepare 1 and 1/2 cup wheatflour (atta)
- Provide 1 cup chopped methi,leaves
- Take 1/3 cup grated carrot
- Get 1/3 cup finely, chopped onion

- Get 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- You need 1/3 tsp carom seeds

- Take 2 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)

- Clean, wash and finely chop green and fresh methi leaves of one cup.
