- Use 2 &1/2 cups Wheat flour
- Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Provide 1 tbsp Coriander powder

Instructions to make Tikhat Puri:
- In a bowl,take wheat flour and Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain,garam masala,turmeric powder and salt. Mast well
- Now add the dry spices and oil to the wheat flour.Add a little warm water at a time and knead thick dough of it. Don’t add too much water at a time.
- Grease the dough with little oil and transfer the dough into a bowl.Cover and give it a standing time of 10-15 minutes.
- After sometime take the dough out and knead once more.Take some dough and roll medium thick chapatti. Chapati should neither be too thick or too thin. Until you roll the puris, heat up oil in a pan for frying.
- After rolling out the chapatti, make puris with the help of a lid. When puris are ready transfer them into a dish.
- When oil is enough hot, lower the heat to low.Drop one puri into hot oil. After dropping, press it a little with ladle.When fried well from one side, flip over and fry from another side as well.
- Remove the puri from hot oil, drain excess oil and put it on a tissue paper.Enjoy your Thikhat puri.
