- For aata dough:- take a big bowl add wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, oil and mix it well then add some water to make a proper dough. Jst make it little hard it should not be so soft.
- Take a roller board, roll the poori's in a circle shape it should be little thick.Then take a kadhai put oil in more quantity and fry it when Oil becomes hot.
- For bhaji:- Grind the tomatoes and make the puri, take pressure cooker put some oil, add cumin seeds, green chilli chopped and curry leaves stir it well then add Potatoes(cut into big pieces) Mix it well add all the spices and add tomato puri and mix it, after the tomato cooked properly add 2cups of water and cover it with lid.After two whistles turn it off, and serve it with salar or achaar.
