  1. Prepare 1 bunch Fenugreek leaves or methi leaves
  2. Take 1 cup Wheat flour
  3. You need Chilli powder as per your tolerence level
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  1. Heat a pan pour 2 tsp of oil.add fenugreek leaves saute a bit now add in chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala powder. In a vessel pour some water, add salt and put wheat flour, to this add fenugreek leaves preparation and mix thoroughly and knead to a firm and soft dough
  2. Roll out into chapatis.
  3. Heat a pan fry on both sides and spread some ghee.
