- Provide 500 gms Mutton bone-in
- Get 2 large Potatoes cubed
- Use 1 cup Chopped Fenugreek Leaves
- Use 1 tsp Salt
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Provide 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- Heat oil in a Pressure Cooker. Add Ginger garlic paste and onions. Saute them for a minute on low flame. Add rest of the spices and saute it well until the onions turn translucent. Now add washed and cleaned mutton to it.
- Saute it on a medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add water as required and close the lid. Pressure cook it for 7 whistles or as required. Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid. Deep fry potato cubes and add them to the cooker.
