- Heat oil in a deep pan. Place marinated fish pieces and fry them on low flame flip once till both the side turn light golden brown and all spice cooked well.
- Remove out fish pieces from pan. Heat 1 tsp oil in a tadka pan add whole cumin 1/4 tsp, mustard seed 1/4 tsp and curry leaves 4/5 and temper them for few seconds.Pour it over the fish pieces and serve hot with coconut chutney.
