- Cut Paneer into cubes and marinate with chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder for 10 minutes
- Heat butter in a pan and fry Paneer cubes till slightly golden in colour
- In the leftover butter add whole Garam masala and stir for few seconds
- Add onions cubes, ginger garlic chopped and cook for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for few minutes
- Add cashew nuts and then cool the mixture
- When cool blend in a mixture to a smooth paste
- Heat desi ghee in a pan and add chopped methi leaves and cook for few minutes
- Add blended mixture, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, haldi powder, salt,sugar,tomato sauce and cook for few minutes
- Now add milk and boil and then add fried Paneer pieces and cook on low heat for 10 minutes
- Add fresh cream and serve with tandoori roti and steamed plain rice
