The ingredients needed to cook Fried Fish:
- Prepare 750 gm Fish (Salted and Washed)
- Get 1 Cup All-purpose Flour
- Prepare 5 Garlic Cloves
- Prepare 1/2 Cup Water
- Get 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- Get 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds (Crushed)
- Take 1 Tsp Cardom Seeds
- You need 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- You need 1 Tbsp Red Chilli (Crushed)
- Use 1 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
- Get To Taste Salt
- Get 1 1/2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- Use 1/2 Turmeric Powder
- Provide 1 Cup Gram Flour
- Take 2-3 Drops Food Colour (Red)
Instructions to make Fried Fish:
- Coat whole Fish with Flour.
- Blend Garlic Cloves and Water.
- In a Bowl add Lemon Juice, Garlic Water, Cumin Seeds, Cardom Seeds, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Seeds, Salt, Red Chilli Powder Turmeric Powder and Mix it all together.
- In it add Gram Flour (Baisan). Mix until Smooth Paste Forms.
- Add Water and Food Colour and Mix until a Thick Paste Forms.
- Now coat the Fish with the Paste.
- Marinate for 3 Hours.
- In a Pot add Oil. Add Fry the Fish until fully Cooked.
- Yummy Fried Fish is Ready.
