The ingredients needed to prepare Methi Sticks:
- Get 2 Bowl chopped (Methi) Fenugreek leaves
- Take 3 Cups Wheat flour
- Get 3 Tsp Cumin seeds
- Prepare 2 Tsp Ajwain/carrom seeds

- In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add chopped methi, saute for 2 minutes. Off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Make rough paste of green chilli, ajwain and cumin.
- Now in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, methi leaves, chilli-cumin-ajwain paste, salt, sugar, asafoetida, 2 tsp oil and water as required to prepare a soft dough. Knead dough and rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Now divide the dough in 4 equal portions.

- Heat oil in a pan and fry the methi sticks on low to medium flame till becomes golden brown.
