  1. Use 1/2 cup rolled oats
  2. Take 1/2 cup Aata
  3. Get 1/2 cup ghee/butter
  4. Take 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  5. You need 1/2 cup elaichi powder
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp baking powder

  1. In a bowl, add rolled oats, aata, baking powder, elaichi powder. Mix them and keep it aside.
  2. Now take nother bowl. Add ghee/butter (in a room temperature) add jaggery powder (first strain the jaggery powder) now whisk it so that it becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Now add the mixture to the dry ingredients and form a dough.
  4. For pre-heating, take a big kadai, add salt to cover the base, now place a stand, cover it and pre-heat it for about 8 mins.
  5. Now take a tray and grease it with some oil or ghee. Now make small balls out of it, flatten a bit and place them over the plate/tray and keep it over the stand and cover it and bake it in a low flame for about 25 mins.
