  1. Take 3/4 cup chopped cauliflower florets
  2. You need 1/4 cup fresh green peas
  3. Use 2 medium potatoes,peeled and chopped
  4. Use 3 tbsp butter
  5. Prepare 2 medium onion finely chopped
  6. Get 11/2 tsp garlic paste
  7. Take 8 medium red ripe tomatoes finely chopped
  8. Take 1 tbsp Everest Pavbhaji Masala
  9. You need 1 tbsp spicy red chilli powder
  10. Use to taste Salt
  11. Take 1/2 tsp black salt

  13. Get 8 ladi Pav
  14. Take 1 cup chopped onion
  15. Use 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  16. Use 1 Lemon cut into 4 parts
  17. Provide Butter as required
Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Boil cauliflower florets, green peas and chopped potatoes in pressure cooker for 3 whistles. Cool and mash this boiled vegetables with hand masher.
  2. In kadhai add,melt butter. Add chopped onion and saute till transparent. Add garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook by mashing them with hand masher constantly till tender. Add pavbhaji masala and red chilli powder, mix and cook for few minutes.
  4. Add mashed boiled cauliflower-peas- potato mixture,add salt to taste. Mash & mix with masher. Cook for few minutes. Sprinkle rock salt and add 1 tbsp butter. Off the flame. Keep Cover for 2 mins. Mix again at time of serving.
  5. Apply butter on both sides of pav/ bread and roast it. Or serve as it(for low calorie).
  6. Serve Bhaji in one serving dish top with 1 tbsp of butter, chopped onion and corainder, In another plate place 2 Pav, chopped onion and corainder leaves, lemon piece. Relish Lipsmacking Pavbhaji.
