- Then in an khadi put oil fry the panner and keep it aside. Then chop the onions fry and make batista. Keep it aside.

- Then add the tomatoes paste and fry it for 4-5 min. Then add turmeric, redchile, dhaniya and jeera powder also add sugar.. Let the masala cook. Now add the fresh methi. And let it cook for 5 min. Then again add rest of the methi leaves and let it cook till oil starts coming out.
- Now add water, the fried onions and panner. Add salt to taste and let it cook for 10-15 min in low flame. Now add kasuri methi and garam masala. Cook it for 2-3 min. Serve it with roti /paratha or rice
