- For preparing pav bhaji. Wash all the vegetables with hot water and turmeric. Take one pressure cooker add potatoes,1 tomato, cauliflower, peas, carrot. Add lilte water salt pinch turmeric and close the lid. Bring up to 2 whistles.once pressure releases open the cooker and mash them well.
- For making bhaji. Take a pan add 2 tsp butter and 1tsp oil heat up. Add chopped onion and fry till they turn translucent. Then add chopped ginger garlic and green chilli. Fry, it becomes fragrant Now add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes. now add chopped tomato fry till tomatoes fry and turn soft to it add red chilli powder, pav bhaji garam masala powder, and fry it for 2 minutes until the raw smell of the mixture goes away. Now add boiled mash vegetables add little water to bring consistency.
- Cook for 5 minutes until the bhaji thickens. Now add kasuri methi into it. For toasting pav. Heat butter on a pan open the buns and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on the butter.
