- Take 6 Pav
- Take as needed Butter
- Provide as needed Coriander leaves
- Get 2-3 tsp Kashmiri red chilli
- Prepare 1.5 tsp coriander powder

- You need 1.5 tsp kasoori Methi
- Take to taste Salt

- Prepare 1 big capsicum chopped

- You need 2 tsp Ginger garlic green chillies paste

Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
- Take potatoes, carrot and cauliflower. Chop it in small pcs and put it in pressure cooker. Add some salt turmeric powder and water and let it boil.
- Once it is boiled mash the vegetables with masher and keep aside.
- Take a wok. Add butter and oil 2 tsp each. Let it become hot and then add onions to it. Let it turn pink and then add Ginger garlic and chilli paste to it. Cook for 1 min and then add capsicum to it. Fry for 3-4 mins and then add chopped tomatoes to it. Add all masalas (salt, turmeric, kashmiri red chilli, coriander powder) cover it and cook it properly.now add pav bhaji masala to it. Fry it for 30 secs.
- Now add mashed vegetables to it and and adjust the consistency by adding water if required. Now add kasoori Methi and garam masala to it. Let it boil and then keep it in sim flame for few mins.
- Take another wok. Add butter to it once the butter melts add little kashimiri red chilli powder to it and then add the prepared bhaji to it. Add lemon juice to it. Mix it properly and garnish it with coriander leaves and butter. Now in a tawa put some butter and then put the pav init. Shallow fry it and serve it with bhaji and chopped onions
