- Use 1 cup Wheat flour

- Keep aside for few minutes.
- Second orange colour poori dough, make Puree so grind tomato in mixy Jaar.
- Take wheat flour add salt, turmeric,red chilli powder, Black pepper,cumin seeds & 2 spoon oil then add tomato puree then mix properly with hands,then make tight dough with water as required.
- Keep aside for few minutes.
- Third white colour poori dough, take wheat flour add salt, Ajwain, Black pepper & 2 spoon oil then mix properly with hands,then make tight dough with water as required.
- Keep aside for few minutes.
- Heat the pan take oil for deep frying.
- When oil is heated deep fry all poori & serve with any chutney, sauce and butter.
