- Get 1 tsp Jeera
- You need Curry leaves some
- Prepare 1/2 cup Carionder leaves
- You need 4 tsp Oil
- Prepare Salt as per taste
- Provide 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Use 1 tsp Garam masala
- You need 2 Dry Red Chillies
Steps to make Suji veg balls:
- In a pan put oil 2 tsp and add all the vegatables and fry for 2 min then add ginger and add haldi then add of tablespoon red chilli powder then Kali Mirchi add Chilli flakes and green chilli and fry for 2 minutes then add Rava and fry for 2 minutes then add 2 tbsp corn flour and salt mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add in the mixture to 4 cups water and mix well and put some coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes then of the flame and cover it.
- After 10 minutes you can take the mixture and prepare round balls and steam for 15 minutes..
