  1. Provide 500 gm Mix Vegetables ( cabbage, cauliflower,peas,

  1. Firstly wash and boil all vegs to one whistle and keep aside for cooling.Then in a Sepri put Oil and little butter and when heating put 2tbsp ginger garlic paste and then put grated Onions,stir till it becomes little brown and then put tomatoes puree, then put all Spices including Salt
  2. Then put boiled Vegs in it,stir for few minutes and with ladder mash continuously till it becomes soft and thick,then put vegetable stock (boiled Vegs water) thn put Pav bhaji masala powder and cover the Sepri for 10 minutes in low flame,till Oil comes
  3. Lastly granish with corrriander leaves and chopped onions and lemon and serve with Pav, yummy it taste
